Made by North African artisans from whole olive wood aged 25-200 years, caramel colour with dark brown patterns. Unique in texture and wood grain, rustic design to express your personalized style. This olive wood mortar is a beautiful and yet functional kitchen tool that helps to beautify the environment and to release the full flavor of herbs and spices.

Recipes to prepare with a mortar and pestle like;
Pesto, Caesar Dressing, Guacamole, Aioli, Hummus, Flavored Salts ... etc

Olive Tree is a sustainable resources, the majority of Olive trees farms in Tunisia having regional varieties of trees non-modified genetically and presenting a genetic heritage of the country. Workshop are based in Sfax town, we are mainly using Chemlali Olive Trees variety for our wood items.
